Spa Policies

1. Hours of Operation

  • Sunday: Closed
  • Monday: Closed
  • Tuesday to Thursday 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

2. Bookings

  • Appointments can be booked via Instagram, on our website.
  • A non refundable deposit of 50% of the value of your spa service is required to secure your booking.
  • This deposit must be paid via e-transfer at the time of booking at [email protected]

Please note: Deposit can only be transferred for another service on a one time occasion.

3. Cancellations and No-Show 

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Late cancellations (less than 48 hours notice) will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
  • No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

4. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session will be shortened to ensure the next client’s appointment is not affected. The full service fee will apply.

5. Health and Safety

  • Clients are required to fill out an intake form before their first treatment.
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries.
  • We follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for all clients.

6. Payment Policy

  • Payment is due at the time of service.
  • Published prices do not include sales tax.
  • We accept cash, e-transfers, credit cards, and debit cards.
  • Gratuity is not included in the service price but is appreciated.

7. Refund Policy

  • Services: We do not offer refunds on services rendered.
  • Products: Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt for a full refund.

8. Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are available for purchase online and have no expiration date.
  • Gift Certificates can be used towards services or products in- store.
  • Gift certificates have no cash value and are not refundable.
  • Gratuities are not included in the price of our services and are left up to client discretion.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice. If there is a price increase after the time of the gift card purchase, the client is responsible for covering the difference.
  • Any unused amount remaining on the gift certificate cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.
  • Goddessthetics is not responsible for any lost or stolen gift certificates, or unauthorized use of gift certificates.
  • Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.

9. Coupons

  • Coupons must be presented before service is rendered.

10. Code of Conduct

  • We maintain a professional environment. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in the immediate termination of the session, and full payment will be required.

11. Children

  • For safety and comfort, children under 12 are not permitted unless receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.

12. Privacy Policy

  • Client information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
